How to Join Pack 389

Because Pack 389 focuses heavily on achievement among cubs, the pack only accepts new members at beginning of the scouting year in September.

That way, cubs can be organized into dens and can work together throughout the year to earn badges and achievements needed to move to the next rank.

An organizational meeting is held each fall for new Tiger Cubs (first graders). Older children may also join existing dens at that time.
